How to delete it

You can delete your LimOS account yourself, at any time:

• On the web: sign in, open Settings, Profile, and use Delete account at the bottom of the page. Sign in to delete your account.
• In the LimOS phone app: open Settings and tap Delete account.

You type a confirmation word, and the deletion happens straight away. If you are the only admin of an organization that other people still belong to, make someone else an admin first.

What is deleted

• Your membership of every organization, and your access to all of them.
• Your name, job title, photo and email address on your profile.
• Your private data: unsubmitted Captain's Log drafts, conversations with your agents and what they remember, notification devices, calendar, GitHub and other connections, personal access tokens, and your room preferences.
• Your ability to sign in. The account is closed and cannot be used again.

What is kept

What you already shared with your organization belongs to its record and stays: submitted Captain's Logs, chat messages, and work on projects and strategy. It is shown as written by “Deleted user” and no longer carries your name. Residual copies in backups expire on the normal backup cycle.

If you cannot sign in, email alex@limineer.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
